Returns Policy

Kiwi Shop wishes to advise that you may not return item(s):

  • if you change your mind
  • any food item(s)
  • if the item has been used
  • Jewellery

Kiwi Shop will not accept return requests after 21 calendar days from when you received your delivery.

Items returned without official acceptance by Kiwi Shop and without a Return ID Code will be disposed of, and you will not receive remittance of funds.

Returned item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them with original packaging and tags attached.

You may return an item if you:

  • buy the wrong size
  • buy the wrong colour

All return requests must be made in writing. Please contact us by reply email or through the Online Enquiry form with your order number. We will assess your request and if your return request is successful, we will then provide a Return ID Code and delivery address.

Once a Return ID Code has been provided you have 7 calendar days to send your return. Your Return ID Code must be present on the return shipping label.

Costs involved with returning items are payable by you. Items lost or damaged in the post are your responsibility and will not be remitted. We recommend you use registered post to return items.

After we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect, and if approved you will be issued with a e-gift voucher by email, which is redeemable on our online store.

If you have initiated the return after 21 calendar days have passed or if the product is damaged in any way, or in an unacceptable condition as described in this Policy the item(s) will be disposed of and you will not be eligible for a return.
