In 2001, Innovex Holdings purchased the former manufacturing site of Regina Confections Ltd in Oamaru, and established Rainbow Confectionery Ltd. Retaining some of the original staff, Rainbow produces a range of marshmallows, gums, fondants and chocolate-coated products.
